How do I check my order's status?
When your order is dispatched we will email you a shipping notice.All orders are despatched via Australia Post for standard shipping below. We also fully insure all deliveries, so in the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit we have you covered, so there is no risk with delivery of your order. If you have any further queries regarding your delivery please email us at sales@scarf.com.au, subject line “Order Status” and someone will email you within 24 hours with an update where available for parcels despatched by courier.
Is your website safe to purchase from?

Our website is 100% safe and secured by SSL technology. Our shopping cart is secured and your information will NEVER be sold to any one. You will be charged only when you authorize us. Other websites claim they have secure websites but do not fall for their claim.
Do you ship to my country?
Definitely! If you live in Europe/Asia/USA, please pay via PayPpal with confirmed address. We review all international orders with the bank and will notify local enforcements if we believe a fraud has been committed. PayPal is an easy service if you live outside of Australia. Simply register by visiting paypal.com
Do you Ship to PO Box Addresses other than than billing address?
Yes we do, but for security reasons if we see this on your order we will contact you to confirm you are who you say you are. We are very careful about identity theft and fraud, and take extraordinary steps to prevent this from happening.
Shipping Information
We at Reuben F Scarf want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. As our way of saying thank you for placing an order with us direct, you will receive Free Shipping with all orders within Australia for non sale or non promotional products/offers.
Free shipping is with Standard Australia Post within Australia only. Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for delivery to regional areas.
For New Zealand customers we have a flat shipping fee of $25 and for International Customers we have a flat fee of $30. At check out you will be prompted for shipping. All International Shipping is by Australian Postal Service - Australia Post.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Size Assistance?
Where you are not sure about your size, use our size chart for your 1st point of assistance. Where you need more assistance, simply send us an email with your query for size help or give us a call. The best tip is always to ask if not sure. It is your onus to ensure you have ordered the right size and ask us for help if needed. In the event you have ordered the wrong size we are only happy to exchange. See our returns policy.
Can I get different size pants than what is listed? I am a 44R but my pants are different than the one listed!
Very common question. Almost all of our suits come with 6” drop. This means that 44R comes with 44-6=38” waist. However, no worries! Most of our pants are adjustable up to 1.5 inches. This means that the 38” waist can go up to 39-40” or down to 37-36”. Of course a tailor can fix this for you and not yourself!

From time to time Scarf Online will have promotional sales which are inconjunction with group deal websites. These offers are usually run 24hrs or to subscribed time. Scarf Online offers products based on best available deals we can offer as a special. All specials are run on standard size offering which is Short or Regular Fit lengths. Long lengths are not offered in deals - these maybe available at a nominal fee - please check with us via email at sales@scarf.com.au for your size availability for any special online promotions.
Do I need to worry about my shirts shrinking?
The answer to this question depends on how you launder your clothes. If you use a dry cleaning service and/or wash all of your garments by hand and then let them hang-dry, very little shrinkage will occur. If you wash at home using your washing machine and dryer, you can expect shirts to shrink slightly in areas such as the neck and sleeves. We account for this shrinkage in the build of our garments.
I made a mistake in my order...can I change or cancel it?
If you find that you have made a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to avert the error.
