We deliver to anywhere in Australia. For international enquiries please contact us at sales@scarf.com.au and we will assist you with our best shipping rates. Deliveries within Australia are made through Australia Post and therefore the regular Australia Post service delivery schedule applies.

PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

If you have any products missing from your order, please check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please email us at sales@scarf.com.au , telephone on (02) 9790 7755 or fax on (02) 8007 7724 for customer service if you have any problems with the order.

PRODUCT RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

In the event of any problems with products purchased using our Online Shop, please advise our office at sales@scarf.com.au, telephone (02) 9790 7755 or fax (02) 8007 7724, 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. 

If you have ordered a wrong size - we are happy to exchange this for you; simply send back the suit and inlcude your Scarf invoice and a letter asking for the size request. Please ensure to inlcude a pre paid satchel with your returnm addtress. Happy to exchange!

We also will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Please notify our Customer Service for instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Contact us at sales@scarf.com.au or telephone (02) 9790 7755, 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.

If you receive your products and you are not happy with them due to sizing, you may return them within 14 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition including its packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt. We will then exchange your product within 14 days. A staff member will contact you to arrange.
Returning products either for a refund or exchange will be at your own cost; in the event you need to exchange, please also include a prepaid addressed satchel. We can not refund delivery costs for these returns. Return goods should be sent to the following address:
